Tournament time is drawing close and we are all looking forward to a
great day on the links.
As you know, the tournament is on Monday, May 10th at
Chalet Hills Golf Club.
The tournament starts at 1:00 with a shotgun start.
But come early; we’ll serve you lunch, and you’ll have plenty
of time to practice your game at the driving range and on the
putting green.
Please take a few moments to view miscellaneous pertinent
information of our golf outing.
Review the list of people in your foursome and let me know
all is good or of any changes you would like made.

When you arrive, drop off your golf bag with us and then park your
car. On your way in to
the clubhouse you’ll be able to check in and register.
Then you’ll be free to hit some balls and have some lunch at
your leisure. Lunch will
be served, starting around 11:00.
We’ll have something prepared nice and fresh for you whenever
you’re ready.
Announcement of tournament play will be made by the 10th
tee at your golf carts.
We would like all players to be at the 10th tee area
promptly at 12:30 for a briefing of the rules, so that we can send
you off to your starting tees at 12:45 and we can meet our shotgun
starting time of 1:00.
We are all
hoping for a warm sunny day, but should things not turn out as we
hope, please be sure to come anyway, as the tournament will be held
rain or shine!
We expect that there may be other questions and will gladly try to
answer them at the registration table or at the 12:30 pre-start
briefing at the 10th tee.

After play
concludes, there will be a reception in the clubhouse.
Your favorite beverages and cocktails along with a heavy hors
d’oeuvres buffet will be served in conjunction with the presentation
of awards to golfers who distinguished themselves on the course.
Again, we anticipate a great day for all, and wish to thank
you for your participation and support.
We look forward to seeing you on the 10th.
